Yes — free, forever, for every supplier. We make money from Pro, a visibility subscription. Verification itself cannot be bought, and our reviewers apply the same standard whether you ever pay us or not.
Does paying improve my TradeScore?
No — and we'd rather lose the sale than allow it. Your TradeScore and every figure on your record are computed from shipment data alone. Pro adds visibility tools; it never touches the numbers. That's exactly why buyers trust the badge.
What exactly do you verify?
Your business registration and tax-identity documents as issued in your own country, plus a signed letter of authorization confirming the applicant can act for the company. We check those against the company's export shipment record. This is a document-based verification — we do not conduct on-site factory audits, and the badge says so.
I'm not in India — can I still get verified?
Yes. TradeVerify is worldwide. Pick your country when you sign up and the application asks for the documents your jurisdiction actually issues — a Handelsregister extract and VAT number in Germany, a trade licence in the UAE, a CNPJ in Brazil, an enterprise registration certificate in Vietnam, articles of incorporation and an EIN in the United States. What if my application is rejected?
Nothing is charged — verification is free. If we need something clarified, we'll ask for more information rather than reject outright, and you can always correct the issue and apply again.
My company name in your records looks different.
Carrier filings often spell names differently from your registration. Claim the entity that matches your shipments and note the variation in your details — our reviewer handles it.
Someone else claimed my company.
Raise a dispute from the claim screen. We contact both parties and ask for proof of authority before changing anything.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your verified status and public verification page stay — they're free forever. The Pro tools pause: the website seal and certificate, showcase photos, buyer messages and insights come back the moment you renew.
Do you take a commission on orders?
Never. We're not a marketplace and we don't sit between you and your buyer. Membership is a flat yearly fee.
