Terms of Service
1. The service
TradeVerify.ai ("TradeVerify", "we") is operated by Onyx Labs FZC LLC. We provide supplier-verification reports and related tools based on licensed trade-shipment data and public records. Reports are risk-assessment aids that describe a company's observable export activity.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are for a single business; free-tier and trial quotas may not be circumvented by creating multiple accounts. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape data or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Payments & refunds
Paid reports are priced as displayed at purchase and delivered digitally. If a report cannot be generated for the company you requested, you receive a replacement check or a refund. Quality concerns must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
4. Acceptable use
- No reselling, republishing or bulk-scraping of report data.
- No use of reports to harass, defame or unlawfully discriminate against any company or person.
- No automated access except through interfaces we explicitly provide.
5. Important disclaimer
Reports reflect the trade records available to us at generation time. They are decision-support information, not a guarantee of any supplier's future performance, solvency, product quality or legitimacy, and are not legal, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own commercial decisions, contracts and due diligence.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from transactions with suppliers we profiled.
7. Intellectual property
The service, its software and report formats are the property of Onyx Labs FZC LLC. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use purchased reports internally within your business.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
